Igor & James accepts the following forms of payment:

iDeal, Mistercash, Sofortbanking, Paypal and Visa / Mastercard

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorisation is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

Shipping in the Netherlands it can take up to 1-2 working days.
It can take up to 3-5 working days to receive your package in Europe.

If you choose DHL Express to take care of your orde all orders throughout Europe will be delivered next day. Shipments to US will take up to 1-2 days. The rest of the world will be delivered in 2-4 days.

This is including the On Demand Delivery service.
